Dr. Wilder completed her B.S. in Biology with honors on the pre-medicine track from the University of Hawaii and her degree of Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. She returned to her home state of Colorado and opened her own practice in 2019, where she provided naturopathic care for over 3 years, with a focus on patients with chronic illness and neurological conditions.

Dr. Wilder now provides quality primary care as part of the exceptional team of physicians at Mountain View. She sees patients of all ages, including working with children and families at our Colchester clinic. Dr. Wilder sees all systems as interconnected and treats each individual from this holistic perspective. True to naturopathic ideals, Dr. Wilder works with patients to address the root cause(s) of disease, rather than simply treating symptoms--and thus is committed to her patients achieving lasting results.

Outside of work, Dr. Wilder soaks up time with her husband and family. They enjoy cooking delicious food, exploring the mountains, and practicing martial arts.
