Athena Portal: Current patients can use the Athena Portal to:

• View upcoming appointments
• Request or change appointments
• See your test results
• Request prescription refills
• Update your information
• Pay a bill

Please note:

‍Starting February 1, 2025, the option for direct messaging with medical providers through the Athena Portal will be discontinued.

This decision was made after careful consideration to ensure that we can continue to provide the highest quality care in a timely and efficient manner.

For all care-related questions or medical needs, we kindly ask you to contact our front desk team directly at 802-860-3366. This will help us appropriately schedule visits and ensure your concerns are addressed promptly.

We understand that this change may require some adjustments, but we are confident it will allow us to provide more timely care and attention to your health needs.

Our after-hours on-call program will continue to be available for urgent needs outside of regular office hours.
